As with a number of our projects, they were commenced out of suggestions from local schools and organisations.
We commenced this initiative in 2012 by purchasing refurbished computer systems and software, in the hope to provide as many members of our community with computers as is needed.
Upon gaining a grant toward the expantion of this project in 2013 the club has embarked on securing more equipment and software to provide better outcomes for others.
From the projects humble beginnings, we have provided Computer systems, Laptops, Ipads and netbooks to families and students throughout Geelong, as well as those as far away as Warnambool, Colac and Ballarat.
To this end we will have donated over 650 units now and this will continue into the future.
